Community Outreach Educator: Facilitate HIV & STD prevention workshops for teens, local groups, and organizations in the area. Serve as an informative resource for community members and disseminate information about the clinic and its services. (Mornings, afternoons and/or evenings, 6-month commitment requested; no experience necessary, on-the-job training.)
Youth Theater Project: Youth (ages 13-25) can be involved in this theater troupe as actors. Attend informative workshops and develop skits for outreach. Skits focus on adolescent issues (violence, relationships, sexuality, peer pressure, etc.) Adult volunteers welcome to support staff theater coordinator. (Troupe usually meets evenings and weekends, commitment requirement varies; no experience necessary, on-the-job training.)
